Virgin Voyages is set to debut in Alaska in 2026 with the new Brilliant Lady. Cruise Industry News takes a closer look at the company’s inaugural season, which features departures from Vancouver and Seattle.

For its first cruise in Alaska, the Brilliant Lady is scheduled to offer a 10-night itinerary that starts in Vancouver, Canada.
Before ending in Seattle, the voyage features visits to six destinations in the region, including Ketchikan, Juneau, Skagway and Sitka. The vessel is also set to offer scenic cruising at Hubbard Glacier.
Seven-Night Cruise with Sitka
Dates: Ten departures between May and August 2026

The Brilliant Lady will offer seven-night cruises during most of its summer deployment in Alaska and Canada.
With several departures between May and August, one of its week-long itineraries sails to Ketchikan, Sitka and Prince Rupert. Named “Alaskan Glacier Blues and Coastal Views,” the cruise also includes scenic cruising at Tracy Arm Fjord.
Seven-Night Cruise with Juneau

Virgin’s inaugural season in Alaska also includes a seven-night itinerary to Juneau, Ketchikan and Prince Rupert.
Named “Seattle, Juneau and Canadian Coasts,” the itinerary sails roundtrip from Seattle and includes scenic cruising at Tracy Arm Fjord. Two departures are scheduled for 2026.

As the longest cruise offered by Virgin in Alaska, the 12-night “Inside Passage, Alaska and the Canadian Coast” itinerary features visits to eight destinations.
Sailing roundtrip from Seattle in June, the itinerary is highlighted by visits to less visited ports of call in the region, including Haines and Prince Rupert, as well as popular destinations like Icy Strait Point and Skagway.
Repositioning to LA

Upon completing its first-ever summer program in Alaska, the Brilliant Lady offers a repositioning cruise from Vancouver to Los Angeles.
Sailing in September, the eight-night itinerary explores California with visits to San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Catalina Island and San Diego. In addition to two days at sea, the cruise also includes a stop in Astoria, Oregon.
