JRE-Jeunes Restaurateurs announced in a press release that Chef Sergio Tofe from Restaurant Eter will join Swan Hellenic’s SH Diana culinary expedition from Lisbon to Palermo on August 10, 2024.
During the ten-day voyage, Chef Sergio Tofe, a member of JRE-Spain, will treat guests to his culinary delights, including his signature dishes. Travelers can also look forward to a special Gala Dinner featuring a menu designed by Chef Sergio and interactive cooking shows with the chef.
Departing from Lisbon, Portugal, the voyage will take guests on a journey of Portuguese, Spanish, North African and Italian coastal gems, stopping in Algeria and Tunisia, among other destinations. The sailing concludes in Sicily on August 20.
