HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions) launched a new agent portal in August as part of its ongoing rebrand, according to a company statement.

The portal, dedicated exclusively to HX, provides agents with a space to access updated brochures, marketing materials, one-pagers, and webinars, including the new HXplore series, to promote HX’s expedition cruises.

“We’re focused on equipping our valued agents and advisors with the support they need to thrive in this growing sector and promote HX,” said Sheralyn Berry, general manager, Americas.

Additionally, HX has introduced a new online training program with interactive quizzes. This one-hour training comprises four modules:

• Introduction to HX
• Destinations
• Sustainability, Science & Education
• Life Onboard

After completing the training, advisors will receive an OTT certificate and accreditation logo. Advisors who complete the training by the end of August will also be entered into a draw for a $150 gift card.
