The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection has announced the appointment of Sebastian Seward as Vice President and General Manager, Asia Pacific, according to a press release.

Seward’s appointment aligns with the launch of new itineraries in the region aboard the upcoming Luminara. Scheduled to debut in July 2025, Luminara will commence its inaugural season in Asia Pacific in December 2025.

In his new role, based in Sydney, Australia, Seward will report to Kristian C. Anderson, Senior Vice President of Global Sales. He will lead efforts to expand The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s presence across Asia-Pacific, overseeing a team focused on enhancing key relationships in Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.

Seward brings over 12 years of travel industry experience, with expertise in sales, revenue management, and strategy. His most recent role was as Head of Joint Business, managing major multibillion-dollar joint ventures with British Airways and Oneworld Alliance partners American Airlines and Japan Airlines.
