Crystal announced two special wellness-focused voyages, sailing aboard the Crystal Symphony from Dec. 1-14, 2024, and Dec. 14-23, 2024.

These new retreats will offer specialized programs curated by industry experts in healthy aging, functional nutrition, fitness, mental well-being and body and mind detox.

These voyages will continue to shape a new era of exceptional experiences for Crystal.”

Departing from Barcelona on December 1, guests will embark on a 14-night itinerary developed in collaboration with nutritionists, yoga and meditation specialists, sports experts and noted authors and scientists. The sailing stops in Gibraltar, Morocco, the Canary Islands (Spain), and Cape Verde. Guests will enjoy plant-based dishes curated by Crystal’s culinary team, personalized meal planning for fat loss, personal training, fitness classes, yoga and meditation workshops, pickleball clinics, dance classes, and lectures by keynote speakers. Health-focused excursions such as pickleball, padel, or golf matches, scenic hikes, nature walks, kayaking, cooking classes, and aloe vera workshops will also be available to guests.

On Dec. 14, guests embark on an eight-night wellness voyage from Tema, Ghana, to Cape Town, South Africa. This sailing will stop in Namibia and feature the same expert programming as the previous voyage.
