Cruise Planners on Lyrial

Cruise Planners recently held its second Elite Summit in 2024 for top-producing travel advisor franchisees aboard Ponant’s Le Lyrial, according to a press release.

The event gathered around 100 Cruise Planners’ top-producing travel advisor franchisees and 14 cruise and tour suppliers. Led by three Cruise Planners executives, the group embarked on a journey through the Arctic region.

The Elite Summit began with embarkation in Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen, where attendees were welcomed by Captain Fabien Roché, who shared his passion for the sea and his experience with Ponant.

“Our second Elite Summit of the year aboard Ponant Le Lyrial was a resounding success, offering our top producers an unparalleled opportunity to connect, learn, and experience the wonders of the Arctic,” said Michelle Fee, founder and CEO of Cruise Planners. “We are committed to celebrating our advisors’ amazing success and providing unparalleled support, resources and firsthand experiences.”

The itinerary featured stops in Hornsund, Bellsund Raudfjorden and Nordvest-Spitsbergen National Park in Norway.

The expedition featured daily zodiac tours in search of polar bears, walruses, seals, Arctic foxes and whales, and landings to explore the Arctic tundra. Attendees enjoyed educational sessions, networking and supplier-hosted dinners. The summit also included presentations from top suppliers, offering insights into the latest trends and products in the travel industry.
