Royal Caribbean’s Icon of the Seas has departed Meyer Turku for her first set of sea trials.
Royal Caribbean released three photos of the biggest cruise ship in the world on Monday morning.
The ship will now be put through various shipyard, cruise line and manufacturer tests and performance baselines before returning to the shipyard. At least one more set of sea trials is expected, and there may be more, ahead of the ship’s fourth quarter delivery.
