Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has unveiled a new 106-night World Cruise for 2025, inspired by journeys taken by famous historical explorers, according to a press release.

The Bolette will depart from Southampton on January 6, 2025, and follow a similar route to the first world circumnavigation by explorers Magellan and Elcano in 1519.

The cruise will take guests to destinations including Brazil, Argentina, French Polynesia, Mauritius, and South Africa.

From here, guests can enjoy scenic cruising to see snow-capped peaks and landscapes of the Chilean fjords and take a tour to see the Iguazu Falls.

Throughout the cruise, guests will have the chance to gain cultural insight into many societies and civilizations and encounter a variety of native wildlife, including Magellanic Penguins in South America, Koalas and Kangaroos in Australia, or the ‘Big Five’ in South Africa.
