Welbilt Appoints New Global Marine Aftersales Manager

Welbilt has announced the appointment of Nicolas Lesbats as their new global marine aftersales manager, according to a press release.

“With a detailed understanding of the specific nature and demands on marine equipment, Nicolas will be a true asset to the marine team at Welbilt,” said Alexis Bourgault, director of global strategic accounts.

“In addition, his knowledge and aftersales expertise will be fundamental in helping to build further on the exceptional customer care Welbilt provides clients long after the initial purchase. Dave Weightman and I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Nicolas to the team and look forward to working with him on future projects.”

Lesbats Jean Paul Roudier, Vice President, Sales and Marketing EMEA, added: “Securing the skills and knowledge of someone like Nicolas is a testament to the high esteem that brands, such as Convotherm, Merrychef, Ambach and a few others, are held within the marine environment. Lesbats has over 10 years of experience in the marine industry and comes from Almaco where he served as vice president of maintenance and led a team of five service engineers in Europe and the United States.
