Ambassador Cruise Line has announced the appointment of Karen Cameron as divisional sales manager, according to a press release.

Cameron will join Ambassador on February 1 and will report to Nicola Harper, head of distribution. 

Cameron will work alongside Louise Tansey, who is also joining Ambassador as divisional sales manager, South and Wales.

“I’m thrilled to welcome Karen to the Ambassador Cruise Line family as Divisional Sales Manager,” said Nicola Harper, head of distribution at Ambassador Cruise Line.

“With a great reputation in the trade, Karen has considerable leadership experience and deep knowledge and insight of the UK holiday market, which will only benefit the brand as we look to showcase our premium-value product to our valued agent and trade partners.” 

Cameron has worked in the travel industry for almost 30 years.  She worked for P&O Cruises, Cunard and Princess Cruises as a regional manager covering Scotland, the North and Northern Ireland. Her most recent role was as Regional Head Of Experience at Haven, part of Bourne Leisure.
