Atlas Sees Highest Booking Week for Europe

Atlas Ocean Ships

Atlas Ocean Voyages announced that the period from January 30 to February 5 was a record-breaking booking week for its European itineraries, according to a press release.

“The debut of our Epicurean Expeditions, our collaboration with Chef Rudi Scholdis, the addition of World Traveller to our fleet, and of course, the support of travel partners — have all contributed to the strong close-in booking demand we are seeing,” said James A. Rodriguez, president and CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages.

The past week has shown a double-digit increase compared to the previous year.

The booking milestone comes after the announcement of the expeditions aboard the cruise line’s yachts. Aside from polar destinations such as Antarctica and the Arctic, this year’s adventures also include the newly introduced Epicurean Expeditions with calls throughout Europe. The European adventures will begin in April 2023.

Rodriguez also said that all sales channels including the company’s website, travel advisors, the line sales team and the in-house Atlas Voyage Specialists all contributed to achieving this booking record.

Atlas Ocean Voyages is currently updating its gastronomic program and will be revealing more details soon.
