Abercrombie & Kent has unveiled its 2024-25 expedition cruise portfolio featuring 17 cruises on all seven continents, according to a press release.
“A&K is known for taking our guests to the ends of the earth in luxury, but never before have we been able to offer an experience like this – our first expedition to the North Pole,” said Stefanie Schmudde, A&K vice president of product development and operations.
“We often hear from past guests who loved their experience and want to discover new destinations alongside A&K’s Expedition Team. So, we are introducing new destinations that most travelers have yet to visit like Saudi Arabia and the Solomon Islands, as well as additional sailings of two of our most popular cruises to Japan and Greece.”
For the inaugural departure of North Pole Expedition Cruise: The Ultimate Frontier, the company will charter the icebreaker Le Commandant Charcot while the expedition team will lead the way to the northernmost point on the planet.
In 2024, A&K will sail the Eastern Mediterranean, from Greece to Saudi Arabia, and explore off the beaten path in Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands.
A&K has introduced three new adventures including:
- North Pole Expedition Cruise: The Ultimate Frontier, July 12-29, 2024.
- Cruising Greece, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, October 16-30, 2024.
- South Pacific Cruise: Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, October 17-30, 2024.
