P&O Cruises has announced dates for exclusive performances of Gary Barlow aboard the Arvia and Iona in 2023 inviting guests to join him, according to a press release.
After sold-out performances in 2022 onboard the Iona, Barlow will perform on the Spain, Portugal and Canary Islands cruise aboard the Iona departing from Southampton on March 18, 2023, and a Mediterranean cruise on P&O Cruises’ Arvia departing Southampton on April 30, 2023.
Two exclusive performances are scheduled on each cruise. All proceeds from ticket sales for the shows will be donated to Child Bereavement UK and Teenage Cancer Trust, the company said.
“Music has been such a massive part of my life – and taken me on so many journeys and adventures. After some incredible shows with P&O Cruises last year, I can’t wait to perform on Arvia and Iona in 2023 and pass these experiences on to all the guests,” said Barlow.
Gary’s partnership with P&O Cruises as music director of The 710 Club on Arvia and Iona has achieved success. The late-night 710 Club, which is exclusive for adults, showcases a range of performances, curated to appeal to British music lovers.
Gary Barlow will perform on the following cruises:
- A 14-night Spain, Portugal and Canary Islands with ports of call in Madeira, Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Seville (from Cádiz) and Lisbon (including two full days and an overnight stay in port).
- A 14-night Mediterranean cruise with ports of call in La Coruña, Mallorca, Florence/Pisa (from La Spezia), Marseilles, Barcelona and Seville (from Cadiz).
Tickets to Gary’s shows on the Arvia and Iona can be bought for £10 per person onboard and spaces are limited.
