T. Mariotti To Build 100-Guest Ultra Luxury Ship for Project Sama

Project Sana

T. Mariotti has announced it has landed the Project Sama newbuilding deal.

Project Sama is set to launch from Neptune Co., a joint venture of Aman Group and Cruise Saudi, and set to enter service in 2026.

This unique concept will be positioned in the ultra-luxury resort at sea niche, which occupies a space in the leisure market that has never before been explored, the company said in a statement.

The 183-meter-long ship will be 100 guests, 23,000 gross tons and dual-fueled.

The exterior profile and guest accommodations are designed by Yacht Designers, SINOT.

“It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to work with Aman, the pinnacle player in high-end hospitality,” said Marco Ghiglione T. Mariotti Managing Director, in a statement.

“We are proud to offer our luxury shipbuilding experience to this challenging new venture offering a unique combination of luxury, safety and versatility which will innovate the art of travelling at sea. This is yet another sign of the Made in Italy skill and capacity to satisfy the wishes of the most demanding customers in the world.”

Dewave will be the interior contractor and Ortec Santamaria will handle the electrical systems.
