Margaritaville at Sea and Tipsy Scoop Set For Partnership

Margaritaville at Sea has partnered with Tipsy Scoop, the liquor-infused ice cream business, to add a variety of cocktail-inspired ice cream and other frozen treats to their ship’s offering.

“We’re thrilled to partner with Tipsy Scoop and serve up this unique new signature amenity for our guests. It’s a first for the cruise industry and the perfect blending of two popular brands that share a fun, refreshing approach to life,” said Kevin Sheehan, Jr. president and CEO of Margaritaville at Sea.

“Guests know our amazing bartenders always have booze in the blender, but these new options blend the magic of Tipsy Scoop’s artisanal, hand-crafted ice cream with the mastery of a perfectly mixed cocktail for next-level fun with an island vibe.”

Now, aside from drinks, passengers who are 21 years of age and older on the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise can enjoy five flavors of Tipsy Scoop frozen treats.

Two of them were inspired by and created exclusively for Margaritaville at Sea: Blue Margarita sorbet and Bahama Mama ice cream, both infused with Margaritaville Spirits liquors. 

  • Blue Margarita Sorbet – a blend of Margaritaville Spirits Silver Tequila and blue curaçao, fresh lime juice, and salt.
  • Bahama Mama Ice Cream – made with fresh orange, Margaritaville Spirits Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, and a touch of grenadine

The partnership marks the first shipboard offering for Tipsy Scoop.
