AIDAcosma in Dubai

AIDA Cruises’ AIDAcosma called at the Dubai Harbor Cruise Terminal for the first time ever on November 17.

According to a press release, the AIDAcosma’s arrival in Dubai was marked by the official plaque exchange attended by official representatives from Dubai Port Authorities, Inchcape Shipping and Dubai Cruise Terminal.

Guests were welcomed for the official ceremony and a tour of the AIDAcosma by Captain Tommy Möller and General Manager Nicolas Goelen.

To kick start its Orient season, a series of events were organized aboard the AIDAcosma over the weekend including a live AIDA light show of the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel, a special Dj Alle Farben show, and oriental dance shows.

From now until mid-April 2023, the AIDAcosma will offer seven-day cruises from Dubai and Abu Dhabi exploring the Orient with calls in Muscat, Oman, Khalifa, Bin Salman, Bahrain, and Sir Bani Yas, United Arab Emirates among other destinations.

The AIDAcosma is currently on its seven-night trip which departed from Abu Dhabi on November 20. The ship returns to Dubai on November 26.

The AIDAcosma, delivered in 2021, can accommodate 5,200 guests and it is the largest ship in the AIDA cruises fleet. Guests aboard the AIDAcosma can enjoy a variety of offerings including the Ocean Deck with panoramic views, an infinity pool, the Fun Park with an indoor playground, and several specialty restaurants offering different delicacies.
