U.S. Ambassador Tours New Lindblad Ship In Norway

The U.S. Ambassador to Norway, Rear Admiral Kenneth J. Braithwaite toured Lindblad Expeditions’ first new polar build, National Geographic Endurance, under construction at the Ulstein Verft shipyard. Ambassador Braithwaite, along with representatives from the US Embassy in Oslo, joined Captain Aaron Wood, one of Lindblad’s polar captains set to helm the National Geographic Endurance, and Reed Ameel, New Build Site Manager for Lindblad Expeditions, according to a press release.

The ship will make her inaugural voyage on April 2, 2020 to Arctic Svalbard.
