All-inclusive Scenic Luxury Cruises & Torus’s Scenic Eclipse features 110 Whisky bottle for guests to tipple.
Located in the main lounge, the Whisky Bar is already a popular watering hole for the ship’s 228 guests. The bottles will be on display in a floor to ceiling display case, backed by a wall of translucent quartz crystal.
The stock includes single malts, like a 25-year-old Glendullan, a 30-year-old Jura The Loch and a 16-year-old Lagavulin. Other rarified sippers on hand include blended whiskies, like Johnny Walker Blue, Jameson Select Reserve Black Barrel, Crown Royal Deluxe, and an array of other exotic blends for imbibing including examples from Australia, Japan, Taiwan, France, India, USA, South Africa and Sweden.
All of it is included as part of Scenic’s unique all-inclusive policy, the brand said in a statement. The only additional charges are for personal spa treatments and services, helicopter and submarine excursions, and some very high-end wines on the Chairman’s Cellar List. Everything else – all drinks, meals, room service, butlers, transfers, gratuities, excursions and lectures are included.
