The Viking Jupiter made her first call to Marseille, France, last week, as Viking’s sixth ocean-going ship was delivered in February by Fincantieri.
The 930-guest vessel was in the French port for the first time, and was welcomed by local officials, who boarded the ship for the traditional plaque and key exchange ceremony with the captain.
Marseille is expecting just under 2 million cruise passengers in 2019.
