Brodosplit has been selected as the strategic partnership to restructure Uljanik shipyard in Croatia, according to a statement issued Thursday.
The decision was made at a meeting of the shipyard’s management and supervisory boards on Thursday.
Further details are set to come, but under the deal, the new partner will implement a restructuring program for the Uljanik yard, where the Scenic Eclipse is nearing completion.
