Rescompany has announced new executive appointments to support is continued growth in the cruise industry. Resco PMS and POS are running on some 200 ships, according to a company statement.

The new appointments include Robert Wawrzyniak as SMS product manager. Based in Hamburg with Resco’s CRS and Central Systems team, Wawrzyniak works with the onboard systems team and between the development and implementations teams is tasked with improving the customer experience. He is also aiding with the integration between shore and ship systems. He was previously with Oracle Cruise where he was product manager for MMS for many years. 

Ross Sutherwood has been named SMS operations manager. Joining the company next month and to based in the UK, Sutherwood will lead the overall SMS team and customers. He has been with Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines since 2000 and is experienced in cruise IT operations, technical areas and general ship systems and infrastructure.
