Bermuda is having a strong season this year with an estimated 309,856 passengers visiting, according to the 2017-2018 Cruise Industry News Annual Report.
The market leader is Norwegian Cruise Line with 132,400 passengers, followed by Royal Caribbean International with 111,450 passengers.
This year’s capacity, however, is down from 361,506 last year, mainly due to Norwegian and Royal Caribbean, in addition to Carnival Cruise Line, having reduced their capacity year-over-year.
Bermuda’s record year was 2011 with 376,348 passengers.
