Lena Johanna Gercke, model and TV host, christened the AIDAperla in a star-studded ceremony on June 30 in Palma, officially naming the latest member of the AIDA fleet.
The 125,000-ship has capacity for 3,250 passengers and is sailing a summer season of cruises in the Western Mediterranean
The christening bottle was a Balthazar (12 liter) of Moët & Chandon champagne,.
Prominent stars from “The Voice of Germany” performed as part of the ceremony.
