Celebrity’s Mobile Cinema Tour a Hit

Celebrity Cruises is putting the wraps on its cross-country “Leading Edge Mobile Cinema Tour” after 48 stops in just 12 weeks. The Celebrity mobile cinema vehicle has traveled more than 10,000 sharing the story behind the Celebrity Edge, according to a company statement. Over 20,000 people have participated.

As part of the launch of this new ship, the mobile truck stopped in Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Miami, Altamonte Springs, St. Petersburg, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts among other cities.

The road show launched in March 2017. At each stop, the public came out to get their first look at the 2,918-guest ship. Attendees at each stop were welcomed by team leaders and staff, as they entered Celebrity’s state-of-the-art, custom-built 91-seat high-definition mobile cinema for a 15-minute cinematic experience, including a 3-D animatic reveal of Celebrity’s Edge class of ships

Inside, guests enjoyed beverages and truffle popcorn, a Q &A, and the opportunity to win one of more than 50 luxury giveaways with Celebrity.
