Carnival Ecstasy Back in Charleston After Refurbishment

The Carnival EcstasyThe Carnival Ecstasy has undergone a multi-million-dollar renovation that has added a variety of new dining and beverage innovations and is now back in Charleston, said Carnival Cruise Line, in a statement.

The features were incorporated during a two-week dry dock that took place from Jan. 10-24, 2017, in Freeport, The Bahamas, at Grand Bahama Shipyard.

Following the renovation, the ship returned to Charleston to resume its year-round schedule of four- to 10-day departures from that port.

Among the additions: Guy’s Burger Joint, BlueIguana Cantina, Alchemy Bar and  Cherry On Top.
