Star Clippers today announced the appointment of Beth Lindsley Elwood to Business Development Executive, Western USA. In her new position, based out of California, Elwood will be responsible for developing, maintaining, servicing and growing sales for Star Clippers. Elwood will report to Terri Haas, Vice President of Sales for the Americas, in Miami.

Elwood has over 25 years’ experience in the cruise business, including most recently, heading the Corporate Meetings Incentive Sales team for MSC Cruises. In addition, she was with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. for thirteen years as a Corporate Meeting and Incentive Sales executive with Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, Western North America. Prior, she has worked with Holland America Line, Westours and Windstar Cruises.  

“Beth brings with her extensive industry knowledge and experience of the travel market in the west to Star Clippers. We know she will be a valuable asset to our sales team,” said Haas.
