UIEvolution, Inc. and VIDELIO-HMS today announced they have been selected by Holland America Line to deploy UIEvolution’s UIE ExperienceManager technology platform on the Nieuw Amsterdam. The ship’s in-stateroom TVs will be upgraded with a new entertainment system, as well as a wide range of video, audio and onboard services.

The company will be able to upgrade the ship’s in-room technology with their existing infrastructure. UIE ExperienceManager, a platform designed to manage video-on-demand (VOD), Live TV, music and ship services will be implemented offering Holland American Line the ability to create real-time in-cabin entertainment and digital displays throughout the ship.
