There are over 100 different wine-related activities being offered on 20 ships in 2015, managed by Food & Wine Trails, a wine-theme cruise specialist.

Cruise line partners include Oceania, Paul Gauguin, Silversea and Uniworld (rivers).

Each theme sailing is hosted by someone in the business, such as a winery owner, wine maker or professional wine judge.

Wine-related activities can include wine-pairings onboard with dinners, as well as shoreside tastings. For example, those traveling during winter can sample single vineyard Zinfandels at a Tahitian beach party with Ravenswood Winery.
