Bahamas Paradise Maiden Voyage Cancelled

A problem with a public address system has led the new Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line to cancel its first cruise on the former Costa Celebration on February 1.

The new company is taking the place of Celebration Cruise Line, which had an incident with its vessel (the Celebration) on Halloween in Freeport.

Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line acquired the Costa ship in late November. The ship underwent a brand conversion in the Bahamas before sailing to Palm Beach which is her homeport.

The next voyage for the ship is expected to go on as planned, with a sail date of February 3.
