IKAND (formerly known as MHG Medical Management Services), has announced addition of Michele Hart, RN to their team. Reporting to Crystol Lasley, Director, Medical Services, Michele will be responsible for the management of medical operations designated clients, including formulary and equipment management and providing general medical services and conducting audits of shipboard medical facilities.

Prior to joining VIKAND, Michele worked for a large cruise line, both as a Lead Nurse onboard ship and, more recently, in the corporate offices where she worked as Case Manager within the Crew Medical Division and was instrumental in the development of a Crew Wellness Program. Michele also has extensive experience in Emergency Medicine and has more than 18 years of experience as an RN.
