CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. have announced the appointment of Drew Daly to the position of General Manager of Network Engagement and Performance.  Daly will oversee all agent-facing functions within CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., to include training, support services, marketing and business development.

“I am confident that having these functions under one umbrella will lead to greater synergies at headquarters and ultimately a better experience for our agent community,” shared Debbie Fiorino, SVP of CruiseOne, Cruises Inc. and Human Resources for parent company World Travel Holdings.  “Drew has been a valuable team member for the past 19 years at World Travel Holdings in various leadership roles and over the past five years has built an incredible team. He has also fostered phenomenal relationships with the network and I know he will take this new opportunity and continue with that success.”

Daly will report directly into Fiorino and will serve as the primary advocate for the company’s 900 CruiseOne franchise locations and network of Cruises Inc. independent vacation specialists.

“This new structure will help build on the successful organization we already have and ensure we are the number one choice when it comes to our franchise and host agency businesses,” continued Fiorino. “We need to ensure we are optimally structured to service our loyal franchisees and independent vacation specialists. I am optimistic that these changes will have a tremendous impact on how we support them day to day.”

Daly’s appointment is effective immediately.
