The Queen Elizabeth made her maiden call at Marmaris Cruise Port on July 2 2014. Due to the bad weather conditions, the ship has cancelled her scheduled call at Rhodes preferring to alternate for a last minute surprise maiden call at Marmaris within this week’s itinerary.
Marmaris offers a sheltered natural harbor which provides superb protection, according to the port.
