According to local reports, the Norwegian Breakaway was temporarily stuck in the Hudson River on Sunday morning near Pier 88 and the Manhattan Cruise Terminal following a thruster or propeller malfunction.
The ship was first reported stuck at 7 a.m., and the local Coast Guard office said the vessel will be towed in via tug boat during the tide change around 10 a.m. local time.
