ALMACO has been awarded several Provision Stores contracts including 2,000 square meters for Royal Caribbean International’s Quantum of the Seas, to be delivered at Meyer Werft in 2015, and Anthem of the Seas, expected in 2016. Also, ALMACO will be delivering 2,600 square meters of Provision Stores to STX France for Oasis 3 in 2016.

ALMACO has installed Provision Stores in over 100 ships since 1992. At that time, the know-how belonged to MacGREGOR’s Passenger Ship Type Division. Since ALMACO’s purchase of this division in 2005, ALMACO has built on this experience and continues leading the market in high-quality provision stores.

ALMACO offers modular systems with panels in both Polyurethane as well as Pyrofoam. The Pyrofoam offering is a space-saving solution with A-60 fire-rated system not requiring additional bulk-heads, insulation or USPH-cladding.

Additionally, ALMACO’s Provision Stores offerings include modularized walk-in refrigerators, fire-rated heavy-duty hinged and sliding doors, stainless steel floors with welded seams and reinforcements for fork-lift traffic.

ALMACO’s Provision Stores can be linked as part of ALMACO’s existing Control and Monitoring system which monitors the settings, activity and reports for all refrigerated systems (provision stores, galley refrigerators, refrigeration plant condensing units and chillers) through a single intuitive and user-friendly interface.
