International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. (ICE), a global travel and leisure company with a worldwide network of innovative travel alliances, announced today the appointment of seasoned travel industry executive Lisa Bauer as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As COO, Bauer will lead the company’s global operations focusing on and driving companywide operational excellence throughout its sales, marketing and client services and delivering best-in-class service to ICE’s business partners and clients worldwide.

As a respected veteran, visionary leader and longtime business leader, Lisa will be a tremendous addition to the ICE executive team.”
Bauer joins ICE with more than 20 years in the travel industry, including the past 11 years with Royal Caribbean International where she most recently served as Executive
Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing, responsible for international sales, global marketing and revenue management. During her tenure at Royal Caribbean International, Bauer also served as Senior Vice President-Hotel Operations, overseeing onboard hotel services, food and beverage, onboard revenue and entertainment, as well as Senior Vice President of Sales.
Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Bauer held senior positions in sales, marketing and operations with Midwest Express Airlines, Legend Airlines and Our Lucaya Beach and Golf Resort.

Bauer will assume her new role beginning January 20, 2014, and will be based out of ICE’s corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Ariz.
