Dolphin Discovery Group, the world’s largest dolphinarium group with 13 facilities, is celebrating 19 years of existence today. Established in 1994, the company aims to make swimming with dolphins a life changing experience that is not only fun, but educates on the importance of respecting sea life, from the animals that live in the ocean to the beaches that surround the homes of these beloved creatures.

Since its inception, Dolphin Discovery Group has become a leader in its industry because of the organization’s dedication to its dolphins.

In 2002 the group created the Miracle program in which its in-house veterinarians work on understanding the reproduction process of the sea mammals. The Miracle program has resulted in 84 first and second generation dolphins which live in 5 of the 13 facilities, known as Miracle dolphinariums.  

Dolphin Discovery Group has 9 of its 13 dolphinarium certified by the Alliance of Marine Mammals Parks and Aquariums (AMMPA), located in the top international destinations for North America including Cancun, Isla Mujeres, Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos in Mexico and the Cayman Islands in the Caribbean.

The group has over 1,200 associates with 110 trainers, one in-house veterinarian per facility and 26 corporate-level educators who specialize and often develop the latest trends in the field.
