Port of Piraeus Traffic Increases

The Greek port of Piraeus has posted a cruise passenger traffic increase of 6.2 percent for the first seven months of 2013, according to a port spokesperson.

That traffic is based on a 11.7 percent increase in transit passengers, and a decrease in homeported passengers, mainly due to the cancellation of a few Pullmantur itineraries, according to the port.
