MHG Insurance Brokers, a full-service insurance brokerage, is pleased to announce the promotion of Johanna Karlsson to Manager, Cruise Division. In her new role, Johanna will be responsible for managing key cruise line accounts, ensuring quality of service and building client relationships within the Cruise Division.

“With several years of experience in account management coupled with her strong communication skills and experience working with international clientele, Johanna will be an invaluable asset in her new position.” said Sheree Lynch, Cruise Division Director. “Her experience and knowledge gained over the last six years has prepared her for this new, challenging and complex managerial role and we’re very excited to have her as part of the Cruise Division team.”

Previously, Johanna held the position of Account Executive for the Yacht Division where she handled the day to day activities for MHG’s yacht clients. In addition to her work at MHG, Johanna is involved in the local Swedish community and serves as the Executive Director for the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce for Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach which promotes trade, commerce and investment opportunities between Sweden, Ft. Lauderdale and Palm Beach.
