Studio Unveils Royal Caribbean’s Unprecedented Venues

Two70Leading with its vision in cruise line architecture, 5+design, the Hollywood, CA based design studio, has unveiled Two70, Royal Caribbean International’s groundbreaking Venue on the Quantum Line.

The exquisitely versatile venue, according to a company release, takes on the ambiance of a grand living room, perfect for games, lounging or reading during the day. At night, Two70, aptly named for its breathtaking 270-degree panoramic sea views through vast, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, gradually transforms into a beacon of spectacular and unbarred entertainment for guests to enjoy.

“There has never been anything like Two70 on land, let alone sea,” said Tim Magill, partner of 5+design.  “It exemplifies our idea of transformational environments – creating the framework for wide range of activities and uses within one space.”

Two70’s construct is cemented in 5+design’s mission of creating an “outside” experience for an inside venue, championing Royal Caribbean’s effective all-weather ship.
