Port of New Orleans Sets Stage for Gulf South Economic Summit

The Port of New Orleans is set to stage the First Annual Regional Economic Summit in New Orleans, April 24, themed “A Progress Report on the Gulf South.”

Guest speakers include Michael Hecht, president and CEO of Greater New Orleans, Inc.; Don Pierson, senior director of business development of commerce for Louisiana; Deborah Keller, director of port development for the Port of New Orleans; and Jeff Davis, general manager, New Orleans Public Belt Railroad.

The summit is hosted by The International Freight Forwarders & Customs Brokers Association of New Orleans.
