Carnival’s Charleston Guest Logistics Team Earns Top Honors

Intercruises staff, Carnival Cruise Lines’ service provider in Charleston, have earned top honors in Carnival’s annual guest comment card rating program, which ranks Guest Logistics’ personnel from the lines’ 12 year-round homeports in a variety of service and process related categories.

The Charleston staff was recognized for their outstanding service, friendliness and hospitality while successfully managing the embarkation and debarkation process of guests who sail on the Carnival Fantasy from Charleston, year-round.

In recognition of their great achievement, Carnival Cruise Lines will host a special dinner for the Intercruises Charleston team at a local restaurant, during which time, they will be presented with several awards and a plaque honoring their accomplishment.
