Rescompany has announced that it has been awarded the contract to install Resco SMS onboard Hapag-Lloyd Cruises’ new ship the Europa 2.

Paul Goldbeck, Director IT/QM on this decision; “After thorough review we selected Resco SMS due to its superior technological approach. With the open platform for hardware and the one database for POS and PMS we were able to choose solutions which fit best for us, resulting in, amongst other things, a lower cost of ownership. An additional factor leading to this decision was the knowledge, implementation skills and support levels from the Resco team”.
