Triple Call Day for Le Havre

Le Havre hosted a record-shattering triple call on July 25, with the Brilliance of the Seas, Costa neoRomantica and P&O Venture calling on the port, totaling some 9,366 passengers.

To support this development, an additional dock was dedicated to cruise ship duties.

A welcome desk is also provided by the Greater Le Havre Tourist Board on these occasions just like at the Cruise Terminal, according to port officials.

Two partial turnarounds also took place simultaneously with Royal Caribbean’s Brilliance and the neoRomantica.

In order to allow the smooth running of such operations the Greater Le Havre Tourist Office, cruise terminal operator, added check-in counters and an X-Ray machine.

Four triple calls are expected for 2012 at Le Havre, with 17 double calls, and six triples and 19 doubles forecasted in 2013.
