Pacific Sun to HNA Tourism

According to Chinese media, P&O’s 47,700-ton Pacific Sun has been sold to China-based HNA Tourism, a subsidiary of HNA Group, with interests in Grand China Logistics and Hainan Airlines.

A sale price was not disclosed.

HNA Tourism Group operates 12 subsidiary companies, including travel agencies, airlines, hotels, car rental agencies and more.
