TMS Gateway and Top Class Integrated as Part of Intercruises

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services announced the official rebranding of TMS Gateway and Top Class, becoming Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services, effective as of March 1st 2012. The double rebranding follows a period of transition, with the teams at both companies being given a full Intercruises induction.

“During 2011 we have worked with the existing teams at TMS Gateway and Top Class, providing them with IT, legal and administrative support, as well as training on Intercruises processes, operations and health & safety procedures. I am delighted to say that they are now part of the worldwide Intercruises team and have the tools to deliver a first class service to cruise lines and grow organically as part of the Intercruises business. ” Said Mark Robinson, Intercruises Managing Director.

In June 2011 Intercruises acquired TMS Gateway, the leading supplier of port agency and ground handling services to cruise ships on the US and Canadian West Coast. The TMS Gateway team has been integrated into the Intercruises business as part of the Intercruises North America & Caribbean region. Intercruises North America & Caribbean can now deliver operations in over 60 ports, encompassing Canada, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Mexico and the USA. This includes all major ports in North America, from Miami, New York and Quebec, to Honolulu, San Francisco and Victoria.

In November 2010 Intercruises acquired Top Class, a leading French cruise handling company offering ground handling, port agency and private yacht services in Monaco, Corsica and all major French ports. The Top Class team, based in Monaco, Nice and Marseille, has been integrated into the Intercruises business as part of the Intercruises Mediterranean region. Intercruises Mediterranean can now deliver ground handling services at major ports in fourteen Mediterranean countries and port agency in eight Mediterranean countries. This includes the key French ports of Villefranche, Marseille and Le Havre, as well as destinations in Corsica and the Port of Monaco.
