The sail ship Arabella is listed for sale at a price of $4.9 million. The ship has most recently been used on day charters and five- and six-night cruises in the Caribbean and Canada/New England through Arabella Sailing Cruises.
The 49-passenger ship was built in 1983 as a private yacht and was converted to a passenger vessel with 20 cabins in 2000, in addition to quarters for nine crew members.
The vessel is U.S. flagged, Coast Guard certified for 49 passengers and crew for overnight and 149 passengers for day charters, ABS compliant with a SOLAS exemption.
