Archives: P&O Oriana Concept

Released to the press in 1992 was this rendering of the first ship commissioned for P&O Cruises, which would become the Oriana.

The Oriana launched from Meyer Werft in 1995 and was claimed to be the first cruise ship designed for the British market.

The 69,000-ton ship was named by Her Majesty The Queen in April of 1995.
