Royal Caribbean Debuts Latest ‘Musical’ on the Phone Lines

Along Royal Caribbean International’s commitment to continuously deliver the WOW, the cruise line is launching a new phone message to entertain and inform vacationers.

The phone message will greet callers to Royal Caribbean International’s Certified Vacation Planning department, the cruise line’s in-house vacation booking team, and then be deployed to other customer support call-in centers.

The lighthearted message features brief and engaging introductions to a variety of onboard characters, from the Cruise Director to the Captain and Shore Excursion manager. Each character leads into the next in a comical routine that might just have guests calling back to hear what they might have missed.
