The Tampa Port Authority is pleased to announce the start of the 2010 cruise season for two of its cruise lines, Royal Caribbean International (RCI) and Holland America Line (HAL), both of which operate seasonal cruise itineraries out of the Port of Tampa each year.
On October 9, Royal Caribbean will be replacing the Grandeur of the Seas with 2,500-passenger ship Radiance of the Seas, which is scheduled for 44 Western Caribbean sailings out of Tampa. The following day, Holland America Line will re-deploy its newly-renovated 1,270-passenger ship Ryndam to Tampa. 2010 marks 28 years that Holland America Line has home ported at Tampa. The Ryndam’s 7- and 14-day itineraries from Tampa will include port calls in Key West; Belize City, Belize; Santo Tomas, Guatemala; and Costa Maya, Mexico.
