The Deutschland became the 100th caller at the Hamburg Cruise Center in 2010. Called the “German Love Boat” by port officials, the Deutschland has been a frequent visitor to the Hanseatic city. For practical purposes, the season ends Sept. 29 with the Europa, although a number of Christmas cruises are also scheduled in December.
